Solar panel and major battery bank will provide 12V and 110V power. Propane powers the stove, refrigeration and heating system.
Imagine your own floating island moored in pristine Robinhood Cove. Particpate in all the shore side amenities our marina has to offer, including on site library with weekly lecture series (high season), historic galleries, Cape Dory Typhoon daysailer, Friday night live entertainment and much more.
Bring your kayaks, windsurfers, canoes and sliding seat pulling boats. Boarding is easy from the lower transom platform. The Island 40 is the perfect "base camp" for your sailing or fishing passion.

Enjoy a wonderful meal at the Osprey Restaurant and Tavern at Riggs Cove, open 7 days a week for your dining pleasure.
Our dock crew is available 7 days a week in season to provide you with outboard fuel, ice, daily newspapers and general assistance. The skiff is suitable for fishing, rowing and exploring the many miles of protected coastline.
